Talks at the Tower: From Greenham to Nobel Peace Prize

Dr Rebecca Johnson, Director, Acronym Instutute for Disarmament Diplomacy (2017 Nobel Peace Laureate), who protested at Greenham in the 1980's, will give a talk about the effect Greenham Common has had on the rest of her life. The story of Rebecca Johnson's occupation of the Control Tower is told in the Cold War Exhibition at the Control Tower. The photography exhibitin, 'Common People' by Wendy Carrig, can be viewed from 7-9pm.

Doors open at 7pm and the cafe is open serving hot and cold drinks and cake. The car park can be dark. Lightiing is provided, by attendees are advised to bring a torch.
