As part of our 175th Anniversary Celebrations, St Marys is joining the National Heritage week with an exhibition of artifacts, buildings and people associated with the parish. Our aim is to listen to the stories of those who lived and loved in our village over the centuries - how their lives are interwoven with our national history and how our national history affected their lives. Although the occasion of our celebration is the 175th anniversary of the Consecration of the "new" church building in 1842, we want to celebrate a thousand years and more of a Christian presence in our community.
Exhibition 12noon to 4pm, 1 hour tours by request. No booking required. Max 60 people per tour.
10am 175th Anniversary Service with the Bishop of Reading, Victorian Themed.
