A Local Listing Panel will be held on Monday 29th October from 1.30pm at the Thatcham Town Council Chamber, Thatcham Town Council Offices, Borwnsfield Road, Thatcham, RG18 3HF. Members of the public are very welcome to attend.
The Panel will be considering six new submissions for Local Listing. These are the fortified building also known as Iverne House in Burghfield, Church Cottage in Kintbury, the wooden Turnpike on The Cliffs in Kintbury, three WW2 Pill Boxes on Hungerford Common, the Nurses Home at 30-40 Argyle Road, Newbury, and the site of Jack of Newbury's house (now beneath the site of Marks and Spencers) on Northbrook Street, Newbury.
