Following a Consultation, the recommendation to add eight new heritage assets to the Local List has been approved by West Berkshire Council. The new Locally Listed assets are:

- A pump and pump house at Burghfield – the pump in School Lane may have supplied the school with water in the early 1900’s, while the pump house at Bunces Lane contains the remains of a pump base, and carries a dedication to Queen Victoria in the year of her son Edward VII’s Coronation (1902).
- No 6, Northbrook Street, Newbury – a shop built in 1886 for the draper William Clark, and designed by Walter Henry Bell, a local architect.
- The Crabtree Community Centre, Hermitage, – formerly part of the WW2 American military hospital complex.
- White Lodge, Donnington – a former late C19th lodge or gate house for the Donnington Grove estate, now residential.
- A Victorian Post Box at Welford – a scarce National Standard No 2 wall mounted box from 1859-61.
- A metal stile at Marlston – C19th metal stile made by the Hedges Foundry of Bucklebury.
